Terms of sale of the all-included offer
Last updated: 24 October 2026.
1. Purpose
These terms govern BipAgents' all-included offer: the Solo, Duo and Family plans, bought in the app or on the bipagents.com website, and the extra AI credit, bought in the app. They supplement the app's terms of use, which still apply, and the acceptable use policy is part of them. The privacy policy describes what happens to your data. For the all-included offer, these terms prevail over the terms of use if they contradict each other.
Before the purchase, the app shows you the plan, what it includes, its price, the free week if there is one and the price that follows it, the 14-day period to withdraw from the contract, and links to these terms, the acceptable use policy, the terms of use and the privacy policy. You accept them by confirming your purchase. You then receive the confirmation of the contract by email, at your account's address: the plan, the start date, the end of the free week if there is one, the links to these terms, how to cancel, the deadline to withdraw from the contract and the withdrawal form (article L221-13 of the French Consumer Code). These terms remain available in Settings › About.
On the bipagents.com website, Stripe's payment page shows you the plan, its price in the currency chosen, its taxes (included, or added in the United States and Canada) and the total to pay, and its renewal period. You tick the box accepting these terms (with their link) and it tells you: "Your service starts at once, at your request. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days and be refunded in full." After the payment, you receive the confirmation of the contract at the email address given at payment: the plan, its price, the start date, the links to these terms, how to get the app and sign in with that same address, a link to manage or cancel your subscription, the deadline to withdraw from the contract and the withdrawal form. The subscription joins your BipAgents account when you sign in in the app with that address (the code you receive by email proves it is yours). If that account already has a subscription, the second one is not attached to it and Kerfy Studio contacts you to refund one of them.
Using BipAgents with your own computer or your own server stays free and is not covered by these terms.
2. Kerfy Studio, the stores and the website
- Kerfy Studio provides the service: your place, your AI credit, the backups and support. Kerfy Studio, a French SAS with a share capital of 1000 €, registered office: 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, registered with the RCS of Paris under number 131834921, phone: . Contact: support@bipagents.com. Abuse reports: abuse@bipagents.com.
- In the app, the store collects the price. You buy in Apple's App Store or on Google Play, with your account there: the store bills you, collects the price and the VAT, and refunds under its own rules. On the App Store, Apple acts as Kerfy Studio's agent and, for the European Union, the seller is Apple Distribution International Ltd. (Ireland); on Google Play, the seller is Google Commerce Limited (Ireland). Their terms apply to the payment. Kerfy Studio never receives your payment details.
- On the bipagents.com website, Kerfy Studio sells directly. Kerfy Studio is then the seller: it bills you and collects the price and the VAT or sales taxes, calculated for your country by Stripe Tax. The payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland); Kerfy Studio never receives your full card number. The apps never sell outside the store: a subscription bought on the website shows in them with "Managed on bipagents.com".
3. What a plan includes
| Plan | People | Server | Price in the app (App Store, Google Play), VAT included | Price on the bipagents.com website, in euros, VAT included |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | 1 | a place on a server shared with other subscribers | €6.99 per month or €69.90 per year | €6.49 per month or €64.90 per year |
| Duo | 2 | two places on one server, shared with other subscribers | €11.99 per month or €119.90 per year | €10.99 per month or €109.90 per year |
| Family | up to 6 | a server of your own | €19.99 per month or €199.90 per year | €17.99 per month or €179.90 per year |
The yearly subscription costs 10 months for 12 and is paid at once for the 12 months. The website's prices are lower than the stores'.
The website's prices in each currency. On the website, each currency has its own prices, set by Kerfy Studio (they are not conversions): the pricing page offers your country's, you can choose another one, and Stripe's payment page shows the price, the currency and the total you pay.
| Currency | Country | Solo, per month / per year | Duo, per month / per year | Family, per month / per year | Taxes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Euro (EUR) | European Union | €6.49 / €64.90 | €10.99 / €109.90 | €17.99 / €179.90 | VAT included |
| US dollar (USD) | United States | US$6.49 / US$64.90 | US$10.99 / US$109.90 | US$17.99 / US$179.90 | before tax: your state's sales tax is added at checkout |
| Canadian dollar (CAD) | Canada | CA$8.99 / CA$89.90 | CA$14.99 / CA$149.90 | CA$24.99 / CA$249.90 | before tax: GST/HST and, depending on your province, PST or QST are added at checkout |
| Pound sterling (GBP) | United Kingdom | £5.49 / £54.90 | £9.49 / £94.90 | £15.49 / £154.90 | VAT included |
| Singapore dollar (SGD) | Singapore | S$8.99 / S$89.90 | S$14.99 / S$149.90 | S$24.99 / S$249.90 | GST included |
| Shekel (ILS) | Israel | ₪24.90 / ₪249.00 | ₪42.90 / ₪429.00 | ₪69.90 / ₪699.00 | VAT included |
For each person in the plan:
- Their place: their own Linux account on a server that Kerfy Studio rents from a hosting partner, where their AI agents run. The agents are built on Hermes Agent, open-source software by Nous Research (https://github.com/NousResearch/hermes-agent); BipAgents is not published, endorsed or sponsored by Nous Research.
- Their AI credit: €0.50 of AI model use each month, shown in the app as an estimated number of messages (section 6).
- The Bips' voices, on their phone when it can, otherwise from their place.
- An encrypted backup every hour (section 9).
- SSH access to their place's account, from a computer whose key was added in the app (Settings › All-included plan › SSH access), without administrator (root) rights.
Where. The servers are rented from OVHcloud first (data centres in the European Union), then from Hetzner (Germany or Finland), then from OVHcloud for smaller servers, depending on what is available. They are all in the European Union, including for people who live outside the Union.
In which countries. The offer is available when your store account is in the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, Israel, Singapore or Canada. Elsewhere, the app does not offer it; BipAgents can still be used with your own server. On the website, a purchase made from a country where the offer is not sold is cancelled and refunded at once. The rules specific to people who live outside the Union are in section 17.
What is not included: your phone and your Internet access; AI model use beyond your credit (you can add some, section 6); the services you connect to your agents and their own subscriptions.
Compatibility: the app works on iPhone and iPad with iOS 18 or later, and on Android 10 or later.
4. The free week
- A plan may start with a free week, when the month's trial budget allows it and your device and your store account never had one. Otherwise, the app offers you the same plan without a free week. Before the purchase, the app tells you whether the free week applies, when it ends and the price that follows it.
- The free week applies to purchases in the app; on the website, the payment page tells you whether it applies.
- During the free week, everything works as in the plan; each person has €0.50 of AI credit for the whole week.
- At the end of the week, the paid subscription starts on its own, unless you cancelled it in the store before the end (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before the end, under Apple's terms). Nothing is charged if you stop before.
- If you do not continue, your place is kept for 3 days, then erased with its backups.
- So that there is only one free week per device, the app uses Apple's DeviceCheck on iPhone and a fingerprint of the device on Android (privacy policy, section 5.3).
5. Price, payment and renewal
- The prices above are in euros, all taxes included, for France. In another country, the store shows the price in your currency; the price shown at the time of purchase is the one you pay. On the website, the price is the one of the currency chosen (table in section 3): all taxes included in euros, pounds sterling, Singapore dollars and shekels, with your country's VAT or GST; before tax in US and Canadian dollars, your state's or province's sales tax being added by the payment page, which shows the total before you pay. A subscription stays in the currency it was bought in.
- The subscription is monthly or yearly, with no commitment: it renews on its own each month or each year until you cancel it. The store charges you at the start of each subscription period (Apple may do so up to 24 hours before); on the website, Stripe charges your card at the start of each period.
- Changing plan (Settings › All-included plan › Change plan): to a bigger plan, at once, and the store takes into account what is left of your month; to a smaller plan, at your renewal (the extra places: section 8). For a subscription bought on the website, you change plan on Stripe's customer page (section 11).
- Price change: a new price never applies to a month already paid. The store tells you at least 30 days in advance and, under its rules, asks for your agreement; if you do not accept it, you can cancel at no cost before it applies (article R212-4 of the French Consumer Code).
6. The AI credit and the model
- Each person in the plan has €0.50 of AI credit per month: AI model use counted at the price the provider charges Kerfy Studio. The app shows it as an estimated number of messages with the chosen model. It is an estimate: the cost of a message depends on its length, on the attached files and on the model.
- Carry-over: the plan's credit you did not use carries over to the next month, for one more month at most.
- Extra credit: you can buy some in the app (Settings › All-included plan › Add AI credit), €2.99 VAT included for €2 of credit. It is added to the place of the person who subscribed to the plan. It never expires: if some is left when the subscription ends, it is kept on your account and comes back with your next subscription. It is only lost if you delete your account.
- Credit used up: your agents no longer call the AI model until the next month or until you add credit. Your place, your files and your backups go on; the app tells you.
- The credit is not money: it can only be used for AI model use within the offer, cannot be transferred and is not refunded, subject to the rights the law gives you (sections 12 and 13).
- The model: you pick it from a list (GLM-5.3 Flash by default, others such as DeepSeek), with its price per million tokens. A more expensive model uses up the credit faster. The list may change, for instance when a provider withdraws a model or a new one arrives; if yours is no longer offered, the app tells you and offers you DeepSeek V4.1 Flash until you pick another one.
- The messages your agents send to the model go through an AI router, EUrouter (European Union), then through the provider that runs the chosen model, for everyone in the offer, wherever they live. They process them to answer (privacy policy, section 5.4). Before the first message, the app names the router and the model's maker and asks for your agreement.
7. Who can subscribe, and your account
- Subscribing: you must be an adult, or have a parent's agreement (the store may ask for this agreement before the purchase). Anyone who uses a place must be at least 16, as for the app; between 16 and 18, with a parent's agreement. A child under 16 may only use a place that a parent or an adult in charge of the child has set up and supervises: that adult accepts these terms for the child and remains responsible for the child's use (terms of use, section 4). In the United States, nobody under 13 may use a place, even supervised.
- Your account: you create it with "Sign in with Apple", with Google or with an email address (a one-time code sent to that address). It holds your identity (Apple or Google identifier, email address), the link with your subscription, the list of your devices and your invitations. It never holds the keys to your place: they stay on your devices.
- New device: you approve it from a device you already have.
- No device left: you get your account back after 24 hours, and your old devices and your email address are told about it; or at once with your recovery code, which the app suggests you create right after the purchase. This code also opens the copy of your backup key that Kerfy Studio keeps encrypted and cannot read without it. Keep it somewhere safe: Kerfy Studio does not know it and cannot recover it. With no device and no recovery code, nobody can open your backups.
- You are responsible for the security of your devices, of your Apple, Google or email account, and of your recovery code.
- Deleting your account: in the app, Settings › Account › Delete my account, or on the page https://guichet.kerfystudio.com/account/delete, with a code sent to your email address. Your account is erased 30 days after your request. Until then, your agents are stopped, you can still get your data back and you can change your mind (Settings › Account › Keep my account). After the 30 days, your place and its backups are erased, then your account (the privacy policy says what the law requires us to keep).
- Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: cancel it in the store, or on Stripe's customer page if you bought it on the website (section 11). On Google Play, Kerfy Studio also stops its renewal on the day of the erasure; the App Store does not allow this.
- If you share your plan, the invited people are told by email: their places stop on the day your account is erased. If you are an invited person, your place is erased at the end of the 30 days, and the person who pays gets a new one, which they can offer to someone else.
8. Duo and Family: invited people
- The person who subscribes invites the others by email, with a link that only works once. Each invited person creates their own account and has their own place, their agents and their AI credit. Neither the person who pays nor Kerfy Studio can read their agents or their conversations.
- The person who subscribes remains the only customer of the store (or of Kerfy Studio, on the website): they pay, change plan or cancel. The invited people's places depend on their subscription: if it ends, they follow the same rules as theirs (section 11), and the app tells them. If the person who subscribes deletes their account, the invited people's places stop 30 days later and they are told by email (section 7). Tell the people you invite.
- Moving to a smaller plan: at your renewal, the extra places stop, then they are erased with their backups 30 days later, unless you go back to the bigger plan before. The app shows which ones and on which date.
- Each invited person accepts the app's terms of use and the acceptable use policy, and these terms for what concerns them (sections 6, 7, 9, 10 and 14).
9. Your place, your data, your backups
- What is on your place belongs to you: your agents, your conversations, your files, their memory. Kerfy Studio claims no right over them.
- Kerfy Studio does not access the content of the places. Its software does not read it: the only orders a server carries out are to reinstall a place, update it to a published version of BipAgents' open source code, or reopen it, and none of them reads its content. Access to Kerfy Studio's accounts at the hosting providers is restricted to the company. The content of a place would only be accessed to meet a legal obligation, and you would be told when the law allows it. Like any hosting provider, OVHcloud and Hetzner have physical access to their servers.
- Backups: your place backs itself up every hour, encrypted on the place with a key that only your devices hold (plus the encrypted copy that your recovery code opens, section 7). Kerfy Studio keeps these backups without being able to read them: one per hour for 48 hours, one per day for 30 days, one per week for 12 weeks. Settings › All-included plan › Backups shows the latest one and starts one at once.
- OVHcloud's daily image: on its servers, OVHcloud also makes, on its side, a daily image of the whole server, which it keeps on its premises (one restore point per day, not encrypted by Kerfy Studio). When a place is reinstalled for someone else, the image that held it is replaced within about a day.
- Outages: if your place's server stays unreachable for about 40 minutes, your place is moved to another server, sometimes at another hosting provider, and restored from its latest backup: you lose at most about one hour of data. The app tells you and completes the restore with the backup key on your phone: open it. When a whole hosting provider is down at once, Kerfy Studio may wait for it to come back rather than move everyone.
- Sleep: a place with no request from the app for 14 days and no scheduled routine goes to sleep; it wakes up when you open the app, in a few moments. Nothing is lost.
- Updates: Kerfy Studio updates the places' software (BipAgents, Hermes Agent) in waves, and can go back to the previous version if a wave goes wrong. An update may replace changes you made, over SSH, to the files BipAgents installs.
- Technical monitoring: the servers send Kerfy Studio only technical data (memory, disk, load, whether each place's software runs, its version, the time of its latest backup), never any content.
- Keep a copy of what matters to you: SSH access lets you get your files back at any time.
10. Acceptable use
Your place is on a server rented by Kerfy Studio, often shared with other people, at hosting providers whose rules Kerfy Studio must follow. The acceptable use policy says what is forbidden (in particular illegal use, spam, attacks, cryptocurrency mining, reselling your place) and how to report abuse. On a hosting provider's report, a legal request or serious abuse, Kerfy Studio may cut a place's AI key and suspend it at once, under the conditions of that policy.
11. Cancellation, end and suspension
- Cancelling: at any time, at no cost, in the store's subscription settings: on iPhone, Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store › profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. The app also takes you there directly: Settings › All-included plan › Cancel my subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid: you keep everything until then. The store confirms the cancellation and its date to you (article L215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code).
- Cancelling a subscription bought on the website: at any time, at no cost, on Stripe's customer page, through the link in the confirmation email or through "Manage my subscription" on bipagents.com, which emails you a link valid for 24 hours. The plan goes on until the end of the period already paid. On that page, you can also change plan or card and find your invoices.
- When the subscription ends (cancelled or not renewed): your place is suspended for 30 days. Your agents no longer call the AI model, nothing is erased, you can still open your conversations and get your files back, and you can come back by subscribing again. After 30 days, your place and its backups are erased. The AI credit you bought and did not use is kept on your account (section 6).
- After a free week you did not continue: 3 days instead of 30.
- Unpaid renewal on the website: Stripe tries to charge your card again. Your agents go on for about 7 days, then the AI stops and your place is suspended for 30 days, as for a store subscription that is not renewed; it is then erased if nothing has been paid.
- Refund by the store: your place is suspended at once, then erased with its backups after 30 days.
- Reminders: when you turn off the renewal, the app reminds you to use your remaining credit. If you have not opened the app for a month, your phone reminds you that the subscription goes on and where to manage it.
- Suspension by Kerfy Studio: in case of a breach of the acceptable use policy, under the conditions it sets out (quick suspension, reasons, contesting). Kerfy Studio only ends your subscription after giving you formal notice to stop the breach, except in an emergency or for a serious breach (articles 1224 to 1226 of the French Civil Code).
- End of the offer: if Kerfy Studio stops the all-included offer, you are told in the app at least 30 days in advance; the subscription is no longer renewed, you keep your place until the end of the paid month and you can get its content back over SSH.
12. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract, starting when you subscribe, without giving any reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). With a free week, these 14 days start at the beginning of the free week: the price that follows is shown to you clearly before the purchase, so there is only one right of withdrawal for the subscription (Court of Justice of the European Union, 5 October 2023, C-565/22).
Your service starts at once, at your request, and you keep your right to withdraw from the contract. If you withdraw, you are refunded in full, even after the end of the free week: Kerfy Studio asks nothing of you for the service already provided. The extra AI credit you bought is refunded under the store's rules.
How. In the app: Settings › All-included plan › Withdraw from the contract here, during the 14 days (articles L221-21 and D221-5 of the French Consumer Code). You immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, with the date and time of your decision.
- Google Play: Kerfy Studio has Google refund the subscription in full, and your place stops at once.
- App Store: Apple collected the price and only Apple can refund it. Apple's refund window opens in the app: complete the request, or make it on reportaproblem.apple.com. Your place stops as soon as Apple has refunded you.
- During the free week, nothing has been paid: your place stops at once. On iPhone, the app also opens your subscriptions so that you turn off the renewal; otherwise Apple would charge the first month.
- bipagents.com website: Kerfy Studio stops your subscription at Stripe and refunds all your payments in full at once; the money comes back to your payment method within 5 to 10 days. A full refund, for instance made by support, also stops the subscription.
You can also withdraw from the contract with any clear statement: an email to support@bipagents.com or the form in the annex; or ask the store for the refund directly (App Store: your Apple account's purchase history; Google Play: the "Request a refund" page). In every case, your place is kept for 30 days so that you can get your data back, then it is erased with its backups (section 11).
13. Legal guarantee of conformity and updates
- Kerfy Studio must provide you with a service that conforms to the contract for the whole length of the subscription, and is liable for any lack of conformity that appears during that time (articles L224-25-12 to L224-25-14 of the French Consumer Code). In case of a lack of conformity, you can ask for it to be brought into conformity, at no cost and without undue delay; failing that, a price reduction or the termination of the contract, with a refund of the sums due within 14 days (articles L224-25-17 to L224-25-23). Write to support@bipagents.com.
- The agents' replies are produced by an AI model and can be wrong (terms of use, section 8): this is a characteristic of the service, described before the purchase.
- Updates: Kerfy Studio keeps your place up to date (security, compatibility, fixes). It may also change the service beyond that, for valid reasons: security, changes in Hermes Agent, iOS or Android, the AI models available and their prices, server capacity. These changes cost you nothing more. When one of them changes the way you use the service, you are told in the app in advance, with its date; if it affects you more than minimally, you can cancel at no cost within 30 days (article L224-25-26).
14. Liability
Kerfy Studio is liable as of right for the proper performance of the contract, including when its partners (hosting providers, AI routers, service providers) are involved (article L221-15 of the French Consumer Code). It may be released from all or part of this liability by proving that the problem comes from you, from the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or from force majeure (article 1218 of the French Civil Code). Its liability is not capped: damage is compensated under the general rules of law (articles 1231-1 and following of the French Civil Code).
In particular, Kerfy Studio is not liable for:
- what the AI model produces, which can be wrong, nor for the decisions you make on that basis;
- your agents' actions that you approved or that your configuration allows, unless they result from a defect of the service;
- what you do yourself on your place, in particular over SSH;
- a loss of access due to the loss of all your devices and of your recovery code;
- the third-party services you connect to your agents (email, websites, online accounts).
You always keep the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
15. Changes to these terms
Kerfy Studio may change these terms, for instance to follow the law or a change in the service. A significant change is announced in the app at least 30 days before it applies, with a summary; it does not affect the month already paid. If you do not agree, you can cancel at no cost before it applies.
16. Complaints, mediation, governing law
- If there is a problem, first write to support@bipagents.com to look for a solution.
- Mediation: if your written complaint did not settle the matter, you can go, free of charge, to Kerfy Studio's consumer mediator: [to be completed: name of the mediator, postal address, website]. You must do so within one year of your written complaint (articles L612-1, L612-2, L616-1 and R616-1 of the French Consumer Code).
- These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country of the European Union, you also keep the protection of that country's mandatory rules. The competent courts are those stated in the terms of use (section 20). If you live outside the European Union, section 17 also applies.
17. If you live outside the European Union
These rules add to the previous sections for people whose store account is in these countries. They take away no right that the law of your country gives you and that a contract cannot set aside. For a purchase on the website, the billing country is what counts, and what is said here about the store applies to Kerfy Studio and Stripe: Kerfy Studio bills your country's taxes, calculated by Stripe Tax, and you cancel on Stripe's customer page (sections 2 and 11).
United States
- Prices and taxes: prices are shown before tax; the store calculates and collects your state's sales tax.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews each month (each year for the yearly subscription), at the price shown, until you cancel it in the store or in the app (section 11). These terms, the price and how to cancel are given to you before the purchase and confirmed by email (section 1). You can withdraw from the contract as set out in section 12.
- Age: nobody under 13 may use a place (section 7).
- Individual arbitration: any dispute between you and Kerfy Studio related to the offer is settled by final, individual arbitration, administered by [to be completed: arbitration body and its consumer rules], and not in court. You can always go to your county's small claims court for a claim within its jurisdiction. Kerfy Studio pays the arbitration body's fees beyond what you would pay to go to court. You waive the right to act in a class action or a class arbitration, as a party or as a member. You can opt out of this arbitration clause by writing to support@bipagents.com within 30 days of subscribing; the rest of the contract does not change.
- Liability: to the extent the law of your state allows, Kerfy Studio's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the offer during the 12 months before the event in question, and Kerfy Studio is not liable for indirect damage; for you, this rule replaces the sentence of section 14 saying that its liability is not capped.
- Governing law: French law, together with the consumer protection rules of your state that are mandatory.
United Kingdom
- You have the rights UK law gives you, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: in particular 14 days to withdraw from the contract, which the function in section 12 lets you exercise.
- The courts of the place where you live (England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland) remain competent.
Israel
- You can cancel at any time (section 11); the monthly or yearly renewal, its price and how to cancel are shown to you before the purchase and confirmed by email. Israeli consumer protection law applies to the extent it is mandatory.
Singapore
- Singapore law applies to the extent it is mandatory. For your data, see the privacy policy (section 11).
Canada
- Prices and taxes: prices are shown before tax; the store calculates and collects the GST or HST and, in Quebec, the QST.
- Before the purchase: the app shows you the plan, what it includes, its monthly price and currency, the free week if there is one and the price that follows it, how to cancel and these terms, which you can save and print; you can accept, correct or decline before you confirm. The confirmation of the contract is emailed to you at the purchase (section 1), and in any case within 15 days.
- Renewal and cancellation: the subscription renews each month (each year for the yearly subscription), at the price shown, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, free of charge, in the store or directly from the app (Settings › All-included plan › Cancel my subscription, section 11). With a free week, the confirmation email reminds you of its end date and of the price that will apply afterwards.
- Withdrawing from the contract: the function in section 12 remains available to you. It adds to the cancellation rights the law of your province gives you (in Quebec, those of the Consumer Protection Act for distance contracts).
- Courts: the arbitration clause, the class action waiver and the liability cap set out for the United States do not apply to you. You can go to the courts of your province, including as part of a class action.
- Governing law: French law, together with the consumer protection rules of your province that are mandatory. If you live in Quebec, those Quebec rules apply and you can go to the courts of Quebec.
- Language: these terms exist in French and English. In Quebec, the French version is given to you first; you can then choose to be bound by the English version (Charter of the French language, section 55).
- Age: in Quebec, the data of a child under 14 is only collected with the consent of a parent or tutor: the adult who sets up and supervises the child's place (section 7) gives it.
- For your data, see the privacy policy (sections 1, 11, 13 and 15).
Everywhere: if a person seems to be in danger, their agents give them their country's helpline number (988 in the United States and Canada, 116 123 in the United Kingdom, 1201 in Israel, 1767 in Singapore, 3114 in France).
