Settings › Contact support prepares an e-mail with a diagnostic of your phone: versions and your agents’ state, with no conversation, no name, no address and no key.

You read it before sending it.

A reply shocks you?

In the app, long-press the reply › Report this reply. The report reaches us, with the reply’s text.

Tell your agent too, so it doesn’t do it again.

If in doubt, write to us with the command’s output: we’ll look at it with you.

Your data

In the app: delete an agent, or uninstall the app to erase everything from the phone. On your server: bipagents uninstall --all.

For the little data we receive (e-mails, reports), write to privacy@bipagents.com: we delete it.

Found a vulnerability? Write to security@bipagents.com: these reports are handled first.
